Employee On boarding /Termination Process

On boarding Process

This program is designed to handling all the hiring formalities that is required by the government and each company's individual needs so that the employment relationship is established properly and timely. The following processes are handled:

  1. Client collects new employee information and sends the onboarding notification to Hrlink.
  2. Hrlink collects new employee information and process the hiring activities
  3. If there are missing documents from a new employee, Hrlink will notify the related employee for submitting missing documents and notify the client's HR department
  4. Once the onboarding process is complete, Hrlink will notify client's HR department
  5. If there are any pending issues that prohibits timely onboarding process, Hrlink will notify client with an explanation and action recommendation

Termination Process

If a termination of an employment relationship occurs, Hrlink's HR service specialists will ensure a smooth transition of the employee's working relationship with his/her new employers per government regulation. We will ensure both employer and employee's interests are properly addressed.

Exit interview is an important process that modern employers should follow to find out the reason of termination if the termination is voluntary. Hrlink can conduct exit interviews and provide monthly/quarterly reports to its clients (employers) with the most reliable and objective report on cause analysis of termination to help its clients to improve on their retention strategy.

This program is designed to help companies for managing the contribution of the following beneifts that are mandated by the government:

  • Unemployment insurance premium
  • Health insurance premium
  • Social security

Resident/work permit application

This program is designed to help companies for applying for resident permit for non-residing Chinese national hires or foreign employees.

Upon request, Hrlink will collect necessary information from the employer and its related employees necessary paperwork per the government requirement and apply for resident permit on behalf of employers.

In case an employer intends to hire a foreign (non-Chinese) national, Hrlink can assist in getting the working VISA and working/resident permit per government regulations.

Medical insurance claims administration

This program helps employers for its employees to claim medical insurances.

Hrlink will collect claims from its client once every week and will update the claim status to the claimant.
